CONFRONT: Cloud-fog-dew based monitoring framework for COVID-19 management

In the recent times, IoT (Internet of Things) enabled devices and applications have seen a rapid growth in various sectors including healthcare. The ability low-cost connected sensors to cover large areas makes it potential tool fight against pandemics, like COVID-19. COVID-19 has posed formidable challenge for developing countries, India, which need cater population base with limited health infrastructure. this paper, we proposed Cloud-fog-dew based mOnitoriNg Framework foR cOvid-19 maNagemenT, called CONFRONT. This cloud-fog-dew healthcare model may help preliminary diagnosis also monitoring patients while they are quarantine facilities or home treatments. fog architecture ensures that is suited real-time scenarios keeping bandwidth requirements low. To analyse scale statistics data extracting aggregate information disease spread, cloud servers leveraged due its scalable computational storage capabilities. dew application available at even when connectivity lost, leading faster uptime application. A low cost wearable device consisting heterogeneous been designed fabricated realize framework.
